We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for volunteers for the upcoming Bologna Peacebuilding Forum 2025. This is an opportunity to gain professional experience and connect with experts in the field.
Please note that the number of volunteer spots available is limited.
Event duties:
- Assisting with registration and check-in for participants
- Providing support to event speakers and panelists, including logistical assistance
- Assisting the Social Media and communication team
- Offering general event guidance to attendees and speakers; monitoring and helping with the event environment
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are ready and available
Volunteer Days:
May 7th and 8th (preference will be given to those who guarantee attendance on both full days, but applications for individual days are also accepted)
Pre-event Online Calls:
There will be two online calls before the event. These calls are mandatory for all selected volunteers. One of the calls can be attended in-person, depending on availability.
